FREE e-waste collection service for consumer products
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- An individual who purchases or intends to purchase the regulated consumer product or goods for household use or private consumption, see the list on the right.
- Order is to be delivered in Singapore. Collection of unwanted product from the individual who requires such collection service shall also be in Singapore.
- Unwanted products to be collected must be of the same category (that is, same class or type as the supplied regulated product from us, per the above table in Paragraph 1) and quantity (or less) as the regulated consumer product/s ordered from us.
- Unwanted product to be collected:
- Must not be have any physical damage or deformation
- Must not be contaminated, soiled, stained, etc.

How to request your collection:
Contact us before placing your order so that we can validate your request and arrange the collection:
- Email: sg_collection@element14.com
- Include: your name, email and telephone number, the collection address, the items you intend to purchase and the items you are requesting to collect
- We will validate your request and confirm back to you within 3 working days
Terms and conditions
- When the unwanted product/s are collected, they will be sent for disposal and cannot be retrieved anymore.
- element14 Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any issues (e.g. data leak from data storage devices) arising from the collected unwanted product/s.
