FREE e-waste collection service for non‑consumer products
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The item/s to be collected or disposed was bought from element14 Pte Ltd.
- The item/s to be collected or disposed was delivered in Singapore. Collection of the item shall also be in Singapore.
- The item/s to be collected or disposed:
- Must not be have any physical damage or deformation
- Must not be contaminated, soiled, stained, etc.
Regulated non-consumer products

| A specified computer |
| A specified router |
| An EMC Class A network switch |

| A specified single-phase lamp that is an incandescent lamp with a power rating of above 100W |
How to request your collection:
Fill in this collection request form and we will get back to you in three to four working days.
Terms and conditions
- The takeback request will take 3-4 working days to be processed.
- Item/s will be collected in Singapore only.
- When the item/s are collected, they will be sent for disposal and cannot be retrieved anymore.
- element14 Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any issues (e.g. data leak from data storage devices) arising from the collected item/s.
